ZombieGoddess Beauty: Monthly Favorites

Happy Halloween everyone! I can't believe October is coming to an end already! I'm not going to lie to you all I'm taking down my Halloween stuff tomorrow and decorating for Christmas. Some people might say it's too early but I have been resisting singing Christmas music since August. I can't hold it in anymore! Tomorrow morning marks Christmas season for me!

Anyway onto favorites this month, I had a lot of fun with nail polish this month. I also loved a lot of past favorite berry lips. Let's get started!

MAKEUP

Rimmel London Lasting Finish Matte Lipstick in 107

I talk about this lipstick way too much. I just can't stop raving about it. I love it! The color is beautiful. The finish is soft and smooth. It is truly matte and I love it! I've talked about this lipstick in almost every lip product post on this blog so I won't go on forever.

LORAC Pro Matte Lip Color in Mulberry

I love to use this lippie under 107. I love the color they create together. The formula of this lip color is quite drying. I wouldn't wear it without something on top.

MAC Retro Matte Lipstick in Ruby Woo

I love this classic red! The retro matte is a perfect matte! The formula isn't dry and it wears really comfortably! I have been loving berries this season but I also love this classic red!

Urban Decay Vice Mega Matte Lipstick in Blackmail

I love this color! It's so dark and vampy! I love plumy shades. This lipstick isn't drying. It is a really pretty matte. The wear time isn't the best but it looks great with the 24/7 glide-on liner in Blackmail. But be warned, the 24/7 liner stays put. It's like a tattoo when you put it on.

Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink Lip Color in Escapist

I love the color of this liquid lip but the formula is weird. I had to apply it by blotting it on or it was patchy. It stained pretty badly. I took it off when I tried it on my lips because it was patchy and we were about to go out on a family outing. When I swatched it on my hand to see if it would dry down it stayed tacky but dried to stay in place. I mean stay in place. I couldn't get it off. I tried 2 types of makeup remover and soup and it doesn't budge. I had to take it off with nail polish remover. So only use this if you know you aren't going to take it off.

LORAC Pro To Go Palette

I adore this palette! The blush and bronzer are so pretty but I've been loving it for the cocoa brown shade, cafe, and the gold shimmer shade chai. I have been loving creating looks with both of them!

Urban Decay Naked Basic Palette

I love the OG Naked basics palette! I take it with me everywhere! I use the shades faint and naked 2 to do my brows! I love this little palette so much!

NYX Eye/Eyebrow Pencil in Emerald City

This pencil will be in my favorites until Christmas. It is a great green for Halloween and Christmas! These pencils feel like eyeshadow and are really blendable. I have 2 other shades and they are purely for use as eyeshadow. I love using them!

L'oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara

I'm still playing with this mascara but I do like it so far. I love that the wand resembles the Too Faced Better Than Sex wand. I love that thing. I'm still playing with is one and testing it out.

Real Techniques Miracle Mini Facial Eraser

This little thing really does "erase" mistakes. I mess up my eyeliner all the time and this little guy picked it right up! I adore this thing!

NAILS

Sinful Colors Nail Color

I have fallen in love with this nail polish brand! I have so many favorite colors! Like all nail polished not all shades are formulated the same. Some don't dry as easily. Some chip super easy. And others are epic! For the most part, they dry quickly and last 4 days or more before they chip! I always tap it on the table after opening it and I haven't and any problems with bubbles. Here are my favorite colors at the moment.

Black on Black - This is the black shade. I love black nail polish! This one is one of the best I've tried! It dries in about 2 minutes and didn't chip for 4 days!

Endless Blue - This is a beautiful electric cobalt blue! It to dries fast and doesn't chip too fast. It is super pretty!

Snow Me White - I love white nails! This shade is amazingly pigmented. Whites are usually terrible. It lasts about 4 days and dries well.

Let's Talk - I'm not a huge fan of metallic nail polishes but this is such a pretty shade of purple! I topped it with a coat of matte and it looked really good. You could still see the shimmer but it was matted over. It's had to explain.

Bite Me - This one is a Limited Edition color for Halloween. It's a red-tinted top coat with black glitter pieces. I saw top coat because it only tinted. You need to put a red polish under it for it to look really good. Otherwise, it just looks kind of weird.

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Fast Dry Nail Color

I love Insta-Dri! It takes 2 minutes rather than the minute the bottle says but it's still a great nail polish. This month I have 2 favorite shades!

Cinna-Snap - a beautiful red. I actually bought this for a blood color. It is a really great blood color. It goes great under the Sinful Colors Bite me!

Sandstorm - I believe that is the name of this color. It is a color that is pretty close to my skin tone. With a matte top coat, this shade looked great for Halloween. You can splatter it with cinna-snap too!

Sally Hansen Big Matte Top Coat

Speaking of matte nails this is my favorite matte top coat! I swear it even gives nails longer wear time! It looks great as long as you get an even coat! It goes on shiny and you can watch it matte over as it dries!

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Pat on the Black

This is a really pretty dark plum. But it only looks plumy in good lighting. Most of the time it looks black. I still really like it. I love the formula. It lasts for a really long time and dries pretty fast.

Essie Nail Color in Shearling Darling

This is a really pretty berry! It is a beautiful red plum! I love it on its own or with a matte top coat. But I wish it lasted a little longer before it chipped. The last time I applied it, it only lasted for 2 days.

TV SHOWS

The Walking Dead

Season 8 is here! I'm so excited! I love Negan in the Comics! I love Jeffrey as Negan so much! I'm so excited for all-out war! The premiere was amazing! I am beyond excited for this new season.

Once Upon A Time

I'm really loving this new storyline! It is giving me season 1 feels and I love it! I don't want to give away anything but I'm loving Henry in Emma's shoes! It is such a cool thing to see him in that role after he was the one pushing Emma into believing. I just wish they could have kept the same actor.

Riverdale

The CW is known for their teen dramas. They mostly all follow a plot line of teen romance drama with murders committed by loved ones. Spoiler Alert Riverdale isn't really that different. CW TV shows are a lot like First Person Shooter Games, the same structure and mechanics/writing with a different look.

I still really like Riverdale. (I'm in love with Jughead!) The mystery story is great and I really like it.

Stranger Things

I really like Stranger Things. It is really good but I'm not as into it as everyone else seems to be. I'm not dying to binge it all as soon as possible. But I do really love it. It is really good and I stay entertained I'm just not into binging it. The second season is really good though!

The Good Doctor

I love this show! It is so great to finally see a show about a character with autism! I love the way they are presenting it! As a positive that can make actually make the person smarter. Most people with autism are geniuses. Some, only in one or two subjects and others are geniuses in many.

VIDEO GAMES

South Park: The Fractured But Whole

I love South Park! This game felt like a massive South Park episode! I loved Stick of Truth and I have been wanting a Super Hero sequel since I finished the first game! I love the Super Hero episodes so much! They are my favorites! So I was overly excited when I found out they were making a Super Hero game!

The game was so fun and I was cry laughing the whole time. It was South Park to a T! The fight mechanics were really fun and there were so many different powers!

I loved October! It was such a fun month! I love fall and it has felt every fally this month! It's gotten pretty chilly of the last week or 2. It has been dropping into the mid-30s Fahrenheit.
