Hello October, Hello Autumn

Today it finally started to feel like Autumn. The air was much colder and it was a bit chilly in the house all day. Which I happen to love by the way. ! It made me so happy to finally feel Autumny. It made me think off all my favorite things about fall. And that is when I started to write a list of all the things I'm delighted to say Hello to and the things I am overjoyed to say goodbye too.

Hello boots & jumpers, goodbye shorts & sandals

Hello darker colors, goodbye bright ones

Hello fall leaves, goodbye summer trees

Hello cozy nights, goodbye long days

Hello hot drinks, goodbye lemonade

Hello baked goods, goodbye ice cream

Hello fall TV, goodbye summer movies

Hello hayrides, goodbye bike rides

Hello campfires, goodbye fireworks

Hello bare trees, goodbye bugs

Hello spooky things, goodbye flowers everywhere

Hello trick-or-treating, goodbye BBQ's and picnics

Hello carving pumpkins, goodbye cutting grass

Hello Autumn

This was sort of a meld between my I Hate Summer and I Love Sweater Weather posts. I really do despise summer. I wish it would stay gone! Let it be fall forever!

This was a last minute post idea I came up with while falling asleep last night. I loved the idea and had to do it!
